In our endless pursuit of excellent coffee, we have made the discovery that great coffee can be available for all.

Now the delicious flavors of specialty coffee enjoyed in top-tier coffee houses can also be enjoyed outside their walls. Whether at work, on the road, or just around the corner, our specialty coffees are deliciously accessible.

Located in the heart of downtown Wenatchee on the shores of the Columbia River, our roastery is as local as it gets. We love this place and trust you do too. We strive to bring the best lots from around the world here to our region.

Carefully roasting these special coffees to coax out the best possible flavor, we then guarantee a fresh, flavorful cup by roasting in small batches to ensure ultimate freshness.

Our classic roast is a blend of South American coffees designed to be delicious under the widest possible range of brew ratios. We are really excited about this coffee and eager to put its slightly-roasty sweetness and balanced acidity up against anything available to our customers. This is specialty-quality coffee, available (perhaps for the first time) to a wider audience of coffee lovers! 

A specialty coffee decaf offering—our decaf is brimming with sweet tones ready to raise the low expectations for decaf at any hour of the day. Can be brewed as drip or espresso.

Great Access to Great Coffee

Our coffees are roasted with care and distributed expediently throughout this region, into venues that traditionally have not been able to access it.

High Quality

We only roast specialty-grade coffee, the highest grade given by the SCAA. This stringent grading protocol allows the lowest amount of defects in a lot of coffee, yielding the best flavor potential in its raw state.

Locally Roasted

Located in the heart of Central Washington, our roastery is perfectly positioned to deliver fresh-roasted coffee to a wide geographic area and broad economic range of accounts.

Super Fresh

We guarantee a fresh, flavorful cup by roasting small batches on-demand for each order to ensure the coffee arrives to the account as fresh as possible.

 

Our specialty coffees are distributed throughout Central Washington through Eastern Cascade Distributing.
